To enhance safety and ensure a comfortable journey for passengers, the existing Conventional rake of the following trains will be converted into LHB (Linke-Hofmann-Busch) Coaches as detailed below.

1. Train No. 22661/22662 Chennai Egmore – Rameswaram – Chennai Egmore Sethu Superfast Express will run with LHB Coaches Ex. Chennai Egmore with effect from 22^nd October, 2026 and Ex. Rameswaram with effect from 19^th October, 2026

2. Train No. 20605/20606 Chennai Egmore – Tiruchendur – Chennai Egmore Chendur Superfast Express will run with LHB Coaches Ex. Chennai Egmore with effect from 20^th October, 2026 and Ex. Tiruchendur with effect from 21^st October, 2026

ØConsequent to the conversion into LHB coaches, the composition for the above train services  will be revised 1- AC First Class Coach, 2- AC Two Tier Coaches, 3- AC Three Tier Coaches, 9- Sleeper Class Coaches, 4- General Second Class Coaches, 1- Second Class Coach (Divyangjan Friendly) & 1- Luggage cum Brake Van
