| Permanent augmentation of Express Trains | |
Central Railway has notified for permanent augmentation of the following Express trains to enhance passenger accommodation as given below:
I. Train No. 12223/12224 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Ernakulam Jn – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express will be permanently augmented with One AC Two Tier Coach & One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Lokmanya Tilak Terminus with effect from 18th July, 2026 & Ex. Ernakulam Jn with effect from 19th July, 2026
ØThe revised composition for the above trains after the augmentation will be: 1- AC First Class Coach, 4- AC Two Tier Coaches, 8- AC Three Tier Coaches, 8- Sleeper Class Coaches, 1- Pantry Car & 2- Second Class Coaches (Divyangjan Friendly)
