South Western Railway has notified Special trains (Trains on Demand) to clear extra rush of passengers during onam Festival as detailed below:
1. Train No.06227/06228 Mysuru – Kannur – Bengaluru Cantonment Express Specials:
Train No.06227 Mysuru – Kannur Express Special will leave Mysuru at 22.30 hrs on 25th August, 2026 (Tuesday) and reach Kannur at 14.00 hrs, the next day (1 Service)
Train No.06228 Kannur – Bengaluru Cantonment Express Special will leave Kannur at 18.25 hrs on 26th August, 2026 (Wednesday) and reach Bengaluru Cantonment at 08.35 hrs, the next day (1 Service)
Coach Composition: 1- AC Two Tier Coach, 2- AC Three Tier Coaches, 9- Sleeper Class Coaches, 6- General Second Class Coaches & 2- Second Class Coaches (Divyangjan Friendly) cum Luggage cum Brake Vans
