In order to cater to the increasing passenger demand and enhance travel convenience, the following train services will be augmented with additional coach composition o­n a permanent basis, as detailed below:

1. Train No. 16622/16621 Mangaluru Central – Rameswaram – Mangaluru Central Express will be permanently augmented with 2- AC Three Tier Coaches Ex. Mangaluru Central with effect from 03^rd October, 2026 & Ex. Rameswaram with effect from 04^th October, 2026

ÞThe coach composition after the augmentation will be 2- AC Two Tier Coaches, 8- AC Three Tier Coaches, 6- Sleeper Class Coaches, 4- General Second Class Coaches, 1- Second Class Coach (Divyangjan Friendly) & 1- Luggage cum Brake Van

2. Train No. 16103/16104 Tambaram – Rameswaram – Tambaram Express will be permanently augmented with 1- AC Two Tier Coach, 1- AC Three Tier Coach, 1- Sleeper Coach Ex. Tambaram with effect from 01^st October, 2026 & Ex. Rameswaram with effect from 02^nd October, 2026
