Fixed Time Corridor Block for various safety and maintenance work has been approved in Tiruchchirappalli, Madurai, Salem, Palakkad and Thiruvananthapuram Divisions for the month of September, 2026, hence the following changes have been made in the pattern of train services:

 

Short Termination of Train Service:

1. Train No. 18189 Tatanagar – Ernakulam Jn Express scheduled to leave Tatanagar at 05.00 hrs o­n 24^th September, 2026 will be short terminated at Aluva. The train will be partially cancelled between Aluva and Ernakulam Jn

 

Diversion of Train Services:

1. Train No. 16128 Guruvayur - Chennai Egmore Express scheduled to leave Guruvayur at 23.15 hrs o­n 25^th September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Kottayam skipping stoppages at Ernakulam Jn, Cherthala, Alappuzha, Ambalappuzha and Haripad. Additional stoppages will be provided at Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla and Chengannur

 

2. Train No. 16354 Nagercoil – Kacheguda Express scheduled to leave Nagercoil at 09.25 hrs o­n 14^th, 19^th September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai and Dindigul. Additional stoppages will be provided at Manamadurai and Karaikkudi

 

3. Train No. 16354 Nagercoil – Kacheguda Express scheduled to leave Nagercoil at 09.25 hrs o­n 29^th September, 03^rd October, 2026 will be diverted to run via Dindigul and Karur skipping stoppage at Tiruchchirappalli

 

4. Train No. 16352 Nagercoil – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus scheduled to leave Nagercoil at 06.15 hrs o­n 10^th and 24^th September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai and Dindigul. Additional stoppages will be provided at Karaikkudi and Pudukkottai

 

5. Train No. 22669 Ernakulam Jn – Patna Superfast Express scheduled to leave Ernakulam Jn at 23.55 hrs o­n 12^th September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Podanur, Irugur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 04.35 (Arr)/04.40 (Dep) hrs

 

6. Train No. 22852 Mangaluru Central – Santragachi Vivek Superfast Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 23.00 hrs o­n 12^th September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Podanur and Irugur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 06.24 (Arr)/06.27 (Dep)

 

7. Train No. 20604 Nagercoil – New Jalpaiguri Amrit Bharat Express scheduled to leave Nagercoil at 23.00 hrs o­n 13^th September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Podanur and Irugur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 06.32 (Arr)/06.35 (Dep)

 

8. Train No. 22815 Bilaspur – Ernakulam Jn Superfast Express scheduled to leave Bilaspur at 08.15 hrs o­n 21^st September, 2026 will be diverted to run via Irugur and Podanur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 15.42 (Arr)/15.45 (Dep)

 

Regulation of Train Services:

1. Train No. 20498 Firozpur Cant – Rameswaram Express scheduled to leave Firozpur at 05.55 hrs o­n 19^th, 26^th September, 03^rd October, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 2 hours enroute

 

2. Train No. 22673 Jodhpur – Mannargudi Superfast Express scheduled to leave Jodhpur at 16.50 hrs o­n 26^th September, 03^rd, 10^th October, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 2 hours enroute

 

3. Train No. 22638 Mangaluru Central – Dr MGR Chennai Central Westcoast Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 23.45 hrs o­n 06^th, 13^th September, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 1 hour enroute

 

4. Train No. 22638 Mangaluru Central – Dr MGR Chennai Central Westcoast Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 23.45 hrs o­n 10^th September, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 40 mins enroute

 

5. Train No. 22638 Mangaluru Central – Dr MGR Chennai Central Westcoast Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 23.45 hrs o­n 17^th September, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 25 mins enroute

 

6. Train No. 12521 Barauni – Ernakulam Jn Raptisagar Express scheduled to leave Barauni at 22.50 hrs o­n 17^th September, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 40 mins enroute

 

7. Train No. 16382 Kanniyakumari – Pune Express scheduled to leave Kanniyakumari at 08.40 hrs o­n 03^rd October, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 25 mins enroute

 

8. Train No. 16127 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur Express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 10.40 hrs o­n 05^th, 08^th, 09^th, 11^th, 15^th, 19^th, 22^nd, 23^rd September, 2026 will be regulated/delayed for 50 mins enroute

 

9. Train No. 12623 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Mail scheduled to leave Dr MGR Chennai Central at 19.30 hrs o­n 10^th September, 2026 will be regulated/delayed by 50 mins enroute

 

 

Rescheduling of Train Services:

 

1. Train No. 16127 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur Express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 10.40 hrs o­n 21^st, 26^th, 28^th, 30^th September, 03^rd , 05^th, 07^th, 10^th October, 2026 will be rescheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 11.40 hrs (Late by 1 hour). The departure timings from Tambaram will be 12.10 hrs

 

2. Train No. 17656 Puducherry – Kakinada Circar Express scheduled to leave Puducherry at 13.30 hrs o­n 21^st, 26^th, 28^th September, 03^rd, 05^th, 10^th October, 2026 will be rescheduled to leave Puducherry at 12.15 hrs (Late by 45 mins)
