Parcel special trains operated by Chennai division To mitigate the difficulties during the lockdown imposed in the wake of pandemic Covid-19,Southern Railways has come forward to run the Parcel Cargo Express Train (PCET) to carry essential items like medicines, food grains, vegetables, news papers, etc in small quantities or in bulk as per the extant rules. Interested parties may contact concerned parcel offices and divisions. Parcels have to be loaded within the allowed time.
