I. Performance highlights in freight operations:

 

 

ØDivision has loaded 1.742 MT up to May 202, as against the target of 1.443 MT.

 

ØIn loading of Coal, Division has loaded 0.664 MT during this month which is 36% more than the monthly target.Also the cumulative loading of 1.140 MT up to this month is 27% more than the corresponding period of last year and 46% more than the cumulative target.

 

ØIn loading of Cement, Division has loaded 0.052 MT in cumulative loading which is 18% more than the corresponding period of last year.

 

ØIn loading of Container Division has loaded 0.004 MT which is 100% more both in monthly and cumulative loading.

 

ØIn loading of Fertilizers, Division has loaded 0.022 MT during this month which is 7% more than the corresponding period of last year in monthly and cumulative loading.

 

ØIn loading of Others Category, Division has loaded 0.010 MT during this month which is 56% more than the corresponding period of last year in monthly loading.Also the cumulative loading of 0.081 MT during this month is 100% more than the corresponding period of last year and 70% more than the cumulative target.

 

ØIn overall loading, Division has loaded 0.777 MT which is 7% more than the monthly target.Also the cumulative loading of 1.742 MT up to this month is 27% more than the corresponding period of last year loading and 21% more than the cumulative target.

 

ØIn wagon utulisation Division has achieved an increase of 7% over the monthly target.Cumulatively the division ha achieved an increase of 29% over last year and 21% over target.

 

ØBy continued efforts through BDU, Division has loaded two rakes of Caustic soda from CBU thus fetched an additional loading of 4412.8 tonnes.

 

ØBy constant monitoring and continued efforts, the average PDD witnessed a decreasing trend. During the month of May’ 2021, it was 42 mts, as against 51 mts, in the month of April’ 2021.

 

ØIn the important Operating indices Division has achieved the following, a) WRT – 1.1 days, which is 27% improvement over last year, b) NTKM for wagon day which 15% improvement over last year c) Engine utilisation achieved 10% & 5% improvement in DSL & AC respectively.Average speed goods train is increased to 52.12 Kmph from 50.85 Kmph, achieved in April 2021.
