PENSION ADALAT – 2025
Southern Railway will hold Pension Adalat simultaneously at General Manager’s Office, Chennai and at Divisional Offices at MAS, TPJ, MDU, SA, PGT & TVC and Workshops at GOC, CW/PER (including LW/PER & CEWE/PER), EWS/AJJ & PTJ on 15-12-2025to redress the grievances relating to Pension/Settlement dues of employees who retired from Southern Railway. Grievances of Pensioners should be submitted in the prescribed Google form provided at link https://forms.gle/BJYfXLYoosjWLuRe6 duly mentioning their WhatsApp mobile number and e-mail ID while registering (or) grievances relating to settlement can also be submitted in the official e-mail ID of Personnel branch of Headquarters/Division/Unit referred in the link below,

(or)Grievance can also be submitted manually in the prescribed proforma at the respective settlement section of Hqrs/Division/Units, from where the pensioner had retired.
Grievances other than settlement issues will not be entertained. The last date for submitting the grievances is 31.10.2025.The representation received on and after 31.10.2025 will be dealt separately and disposal will be sent through e-mail or Whatsapp. Grievances already disposed in previous year’s adalat will not be entertained.
The disposal of the representations will be sent to the pensioners through their e-mail address or through WhatsApp phone number registered by them.
The Pensioners who are not satisfied with the disposal only may attend the Pension Adalat on 15.12.2025, to put forth their case.
The pensioners can attend the Pension Adalat conducted by the concerned Offices on 15.12.2025 from 10.30hrs. to 16.30hrs.
