PENSION ADALAT – 2022
Southern Railway will hold OfflinePension Adalat simultaneously at GM’s Office, Chennai and at Divisional Offices at Chennai, Tiruchchirappalli, Madurai, Salem, Palakkad and Thiruvananthapuram and Workshops at Golden Rock/Ponmalai, Carriage Workshop, Loco Workshop,Electrical Workshop Perambur, Engineering workshop/AJJ, S&T Workshop, Podanur on 15/12/2022 to redress the grievances relating to Pension/Settlement dues of employees who retired from Southern Railway. Grievances of Pensioners should be submitted in the prescribed Google form provided at link pen.srhqpb.in/forms uly mentioning their WhatsApp mobile number and e-mail ID while registering.
The grievances relating to settlement can also be submitted in the official e-mail ID ofPersonnel branch of Headquarters / Division/Unit referred in the link pen.srhqpb.in/units. .
Grievances other than settlement issues will not be entertained. The last date for submitting the grievances is 31.10.2022.
No fresh representation would be entertained on the day of Pension Adalat. The representation received on and after 31.10.2022 will be dealt separately and disposal will be sentthroughe-mail or Whatsapp.
The disposal of the representations will be sent to the pensioners through their e-mail address or through WhatsApp phone number registered by them.
The Pensioners who are not satisfied with the disposal only may attend the Pension Adalat on 15.12.2022, to put forth their case.
The pensioners can attend the Pension Adalat conducted by the concerned Officeson 15.12.2022 from 10.30hrs. to 16.30hrs.
