It was earlier announced that the NMR train services were cancelled today 23rd October, 2021 due to boulders fallen on track in Kallar - Coonoor section.
Consequent to the falling of boulders on the track, the situation was assessed and it has been decided to cancel the trains in the section until further advice in order to facilitate restoration and related engineering works
·Train No. 06136 Mettupalayam – Udagamandalam Special train leaving Mettupalayam at 07.10 hrs has been further cancelled on and from 24th October, 2021 until further advice
·Train No. 06137 Udagamandalam - Mettupalayam Special train leaving Udagamandalam at 14.00 hrs has been further cancelled on and from 24th October, 2021 until further advice
