Repeated despite announcements are made to educate passengers to desist from footboard travel.
In order to avoid such incidents and to ensure safety of rail passengers, the commuters / passengers are advised to desist themselves from travelling in Footboard (or) by hanging. Further, RPF is taking stringent action against the passengers who are travelling on footboard/ hanging outside on trains under the provisions of Railways Act.
