Changes in pattern of Train Service


In view Line Block/Power block for commissioning at Karaikal Yard Connecting Peralam Section in Tiruchchirappalli Division, the following changes are made in the pattern of train services:

Short Termination/ Partial Cancellation of Train Services:

1.Train No. 06832 Thanjavur – Karaikal DEMU Special leaving Thanjavur at 06.50 hrs o­n 28th, 29th, 30th June, 01st, 02nd and 03rd July, 2024 will be short terminated at Nagore. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagore and Karaikal.

2.Train No. 06490 Tiruchchirappalli – Karaikal DEMU Unreserved express special leaving Tiruchchirappalli Jn. at 06.50 hrs o­n 28th, 29th, 30th June, 01st, 02nd and 03rd July, 2024 will be short terminated at Nagore. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagore and Karaikal.

3.Train No. 06880 Tiruchchirappalli – Karaikal DEMU Express Special leaving Tiruchchirappalli at 08.35 hrs o­n 28th, 29th, 30th June, 01st, 02nd and 03rd July, 2024 will be short terminated at Nagore. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagore and Karaikal.

4.Train No. 16188 Ernakulam – Karaikal Express leaving Ernakulam at 22.25 hrs on 27th, June and 01st July, 2024 will be short terminated at Nagappattinam. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagappattinam and Karaikal

5.Train No. 16188 Ernakulam – Karaikal Express leaving Ernakulam at 22.25 hrs on   02nd July, 2024 will be short terminated at Nagore. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagore and Karaikal

6.Train No. 16175 Chennai Egmore-KaraikalExpress leaving Chennai Egmore at 21.00 hrs o­n 02nd July, 2024 will be short terminated at Nagappattinam. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagappattinam and Karaikal

7.Train No. 16187 Karaikal – Ernakulam Express leaving Karaikal at 16.30 hrs o­n 03rd July, 2024 will originate from Nagappattinam at 17.05 hrs. The train will be partially cancelled between Karaikal and Nagappattinam
