Diversion of Trains Services



In view of Line Block/Power Block for facilitating engineering works between ThiruvananthapuramCentral – Ernakulam Sector of Thiruvananthapuram Division, the following changes have been made in the pattern of Train Services:

1. Train No. 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Express leaving Mangaluru Central at 14.25 hrs o­n 08th August, 2023 will be diverted to run via Alappuzha skipping stoppages at Piravom Road, Kottayam and Chengannur. Additional stoppages will be provided at Cherthala, Alappuzha & Haripad for the convenience of passengers

2. Train No. 16344 Madurai – Thiruvananthapuram Central express leaving Madurai at 16.10 hrs 08th August, 2023 will be diverted to run via Alappuzha skipping stoppages at Kottayam, Changanassery, Chengannur and Mavelikara. Additional stoppages will be provided at Cherthala, Alappuzha & Haripad for the convenience of passengers

3. Train No. 16350 Nilambur Road – Kochuveli Raja Rani Express leaving Nilambur Road at 21.30 hrs 08th August, 2023 will be diverted to run via Alappuzha skipping stoppages at Kottayam, Changanassery and Chengannur. Additional stoppages will be Provided at  Cherthala, Alappuzha & Haripad for the convenience of passengers

4. Train No. 22654 Hazrat Nizamuddin - Thiruvananthapuram central Superfast weekly Express that left Hazrat Nizamuddin at 05.00 hrs 07th August, 2023 will be diverted to run via Alappuzha skipping stoppage at Kottayam. Additional stoppages will be provided at Cherthala, Alappuzha & Haripad for the convenience of passengers

5. Train No. 12695 Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Express leaving Dr. MGR Chennai Central at 15.20 hrs 08th August, 2023 will be diverted to run via Alappuzha skipping stoppages at Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla Chengannur and Mavelikara. Additional stoppage will be provided at Cherthala, Alappuzha & Haripad for the convenience of passengers

6. Train No. 16630 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Express leaving Mangaluru Central at 18.15 hrs o­n 08th August, 2023 is diverted to run via Alappuzha skipping stoppages at Piravom Road, Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla,Chengannur and Mavelikara. Additional stoppages will be provided at Cherthala Alappuzha & Haripad for the convenience of passengers
