In connection with Non-Interlocking/Interlocking and Mega Block for Yard remodelling work at Tiruchchirappalli Yard, the following changes are made in the pattern of Train Services:
Full Cancellation of Train Services:
1.Train No. 16233 Mayiladuturai – Tiruchchirappalli Express leaving Mayiladuturai at 08.15 hrs on 24th, 25th July, 2023 will be fully cancelled
2.Train No. 16234 Tiruchchirappalli – Mayiladuturai Express leaving Tiruchchirappalli at 12.50 hrs on 24th, 25th July, 2023 will be fully cancelled
Partial Cancellation of Train Services:
1.Train No. 06889 Tiruppadiripuliyur – Tiruchchirappalli DEMU Express Special leaving Tiruppadiripuliyur at 06.00 hrs on 23rd, 24th, 25th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Lalgudi and Tiruchchirappalli Jn. The train will be short terminated at Lalgudi
2.Train No. 06892 Tiruchchirappalli – Vriddhachalam DEMU Express Special leaving Tiruchchirappalli Jn at 18.00 hrs on 23rd, 24th, 25th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Tiruchchirappalli and Lalgudi. The train will commence service from Lalgudi at its scheduled departure time of 18.53 hrs
3.Train No. 06839 Velankanni - Tiruchchirappalli DEMU Special leaving Tiruchchirappalli at 07.00 hrs on 23rd, 24th, 25th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Ponmalai and Tiruchchirappalli Jn. The train will be short terminated at Ponmalai
4.Train No. 06890 Tiruchchirappalli – Tiruppadiripuliyur DEMU Express Special leaving Tiruchchirappalli at 15.45 hrs on 23rd, 24th, 25th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Tiruchchirappalli and Valadi. The train will commence service from Valadi at its scheduled departure time of 16.28 hrs
5.Train No. 12084 Coimbatore – Mayiladuthurai Jan Shatabdi Express leaving Coimbatore at 07.15 hrs on 23rd, 24th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Tiruchchirappalli and Mayiladuthurai. The train will be short terminated at Tiruchchirappalli Jn
6.Train No. 12083 Mayiladuturai – Coimbatore Jan Shatabdi Express leaving Mayiladuthurai at 14.55 hrs on 23rd, 24th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Mayiladuthurai and Tiruchchirappalli. The train will commence service from Tiruchchirappalli at its scheduled departure time of 17.00 hrs
7.Train No. 22675 Chennai Egmore – Tiruchchirappalli Cholan Superfast Express leaving Chennai Egmore at 07.15 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Ponmalai and Tiruchchirappalli. The train will be short terminated at Ponmalai
8.Train No. 06891 Vriddhachalam – Tiruchchirappalli DEMU Express Special leaving Vriddhachalam at 06.00 hrs on 25th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Srirangam and Tiruchchirappalli. The train will be short terminated at Srirangam
9.Train No. 06880 Tiruchchirappalli – Karaikal DEMU Express Special leaving Tiruchchirappalli at 09.50 hrs on 25th July, 2023 will be partially cancelled between Tiruchchirappalli and Tiruverumbur. The train will commence service from Tiruverumbur at its scheduled departure time of 10.12 hrs
Diversion of Train Services:
1.Train No. 16352 Nagercoil – CSMT Mumbai Express leaving Nagercoil at 06.15 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Dindigul, Karur, Salem, Jolarpettai and Renigunta skipping stoppage at Arakkonam. An additional stoppage will be provided at Tiruttani for the convenience of passengers
2.Train No. 16127 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur Express leaving Chennai Egmore at 09.00 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Villupuram, Cuddalore, Mayiladuturai, Thiruvarur, Karaikkudi, Manamadurai and Virudhunagar
3.Train No. 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express leaving Guruvayur at 23.15 hrs on 22nd July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Virudhunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi, Thiruvarur, Mayiladuturai, Cuddalore and Villupuram
4.Train No. 16847 Mayiladuturai – Sengottai Express leaving Mayiladuturai at 11.30 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Mayiladuturai, Thiruvarur, Karaikkudi, Manamadurai and Virudhunagar
5.Train No. 16848 Sengottai – Mayiladuturai Express leaving Sengottai at 07.00 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Virudhunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi, Thiruvarur and Mayiladuturai
6.Train No. 20895 Rameswaram – Bhubaneswar Express leaving Rameswaram at 08.40 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Karaikudi, Thiruvarur and Mayiladuturai
7.Train No. 07325 Hubballi – Thanjavur Express Special leaving Hubballi at 20.25 hrs on 24th July, 2023 will be diverted to run via Salem, Vriddhachalam and Ponmalai
Rescheduling of Train Services:
1.Train No. 22672 Madurai – Chennai Egmore Tejas Express scheduled to leave Madurai at 15.00 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be rescheduled to leave Madurai at16.15 hrs (Late by 1 hr 15 mins)
2.Train No. 06683 Thanjavur – Tiruchchirappalli Express special scheduled to leave Thanjavur at 16.20 hrs on 23rd July, 2023 will be rescheduled to leave Thanjavur at 17.10 hrs (Late by 50 mins)
