Special Camp for Southern Railway Pensioners for Unique Medical Identity Card (UMID) Registration
Southern Railway will conduct a Special enrolment drive for pensioners of Southern Railway to enable them register for UMID Cards. The camp will be held at New Railway Hospital, Ayanavaram, nearby Chief Electrical Workshop Engineer Office.
The camps will be held on all working days except Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays from 03rd April, 2023 to 28th April, 2023 as given below:

10.04.2023 to 13.04.2023
17.04.2023 to 21.04.2023
24.04.2023 to 28.04.2023
As a ready reckoner, the following is the check list for mandatory fields and documents to be scanned in JPEG/JPG/PNG format for advanced preparedness to initiate UMID card application in a full-fledged manner.

2.Original PPO- 7th Pay commission
3.Pension Slip from Bank
4.RELHS Book
5.Signature of the Pensioner
6.Aadhaar card
7.PAN Card
