Southern Railway conducts Zonal Official Language Implementation Committee Meeting

The meeting of the Zonal Official Language Implementation Committee of Southern Railway was held today on 23.03.2023 under the chairmanship of Shri Kaushal Kishore, Additional General Manager, Southern Railway.
Shri Gautam Dutta, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer and Mukhya Rajbhasha Adhikari welcomed the gathering and briefed on effective methods of implementation of Hindi.
Shri Kaushal Kishore, Additional General Manager, Southern Railway released the Help literature on the subject of 'Health', the first copy of which was received by the representative of the Medical Department, Dr. U.K.Perumal, Chief Health Director. This booklet elucidating diet rules will be a useful guide for people suffering from diabetes, hypertension and kidney ailments. Shri Kaushal Kishore commending the department’s efforts in bringing out the useful booklet urged everyone to adhere to “What to eat, What not to eat” which is the need of the hour.
Smt. Manu Shivshankar was felicitated with a merit certificate for having received Railway Board Individual cash award.
Emphasizing on 100% compliance of implementation of Hindi language in Central Government Offices Dr. A.Srinivasan gave a demo on “Implementation through App”.
Shri Kaushal Kishore, Additional General Manager, Southern Railway in his keynote address expressed satisfaction over the effective implementation of the official language in Southern Railway.

क्या खाएं, क्या न खाएं – पुस्तिका का विमोचन
दक्षिण रेलवे की क्षेत्रीय राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की बैठक, आज 23.03.2023 को श्री कौशल किशोर, अपर महाप्रबंधक, दक्षिण रेलवे की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई।
श्री गौतम दत्त, प्रधान मुख्य यांत्रिक इंजीनियर एवं मुख्य राजभाषा अधिकारी ने सभी का स्वागत किया और हिंदी के कार्यान्वयन की आवश्यकता एवं तरीके बताए।
श्री कौशल किशोर, अपर महाप्रबंधक, दक्षिण रेलवे ने ‘स्वास्थ्य’ विषय पर बने सहायक साहित्य का विमोचन किया जिसकी पहली प्रति चिकित्सा विभाग के प्रतिनिधि डॉ यू.के.पेरुमाल, मुख्य स्वास्थ्य निदेशक ने प्राप्त की। इसमें गुर्दा रोगी, उच्च रक्तचाप रोगी, मधुमेह रोगी आदि के आहार नियमों का विवरण है। श्री कौशल किशोर ने बताया कि “क्या खाएं, क्या न खाएं” पुस्तिका समय की मांग है।
श्रीमती मनु शिवशंकर को रेलवे बोर्ड के व्यक्तिगत नकद पुरस्कार प्रमाण-पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया।
धारा 3(3) के शत प्रतिशत अनुपालन पर जोर देते हुए मुख्यालय के राजभाषा अधिकारी डॉ ए.श्रीनिवासन ने “ऐप द्वारा हिंदी का प्रयोग” पर एक डेमो दिया ।
श्री कौशल किशोर, अपर महाप्रबंधक, दक्षिण रेलवे ने अपने अध्यक्षीय भाषण में दक्षिण रेलवे में राजभाषा हिंदी के कारगर कार्यान्वयन पर संतोष व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने सभी से आग्रह किया कि हिंदी में काम करने की जिम्मेदारी सबकी है और इसमें राजभाषा विभाग सभी का सहयोग करता है।
