Fixed Time Corridor Traffic Blocks for Maintenance of Tracks and Track upgradation work have been permitted for the month of November for various sections in Madurai Division. Consequently, the following are the changes in the Pattern of Train Services:-
Partial cancellation of train services
Train No. 16731 Palakkad Junction – Tiruchendur Express leaving Palakkad Junction at 05.30 hrs on 18th, 19th, 21st and 22nd November, 2022 will be partially cancelled between Kovilpatti and Tiruchendur. The train will run from Palakkad Junction to Kovilpatti and will not run from Kovilpatti to Tiruchendur on mentioned days.
Train No. 16732 Tiruchendur – Palakkad Junction Express leaving Tiruchendur at 12.05 hrs on 18th, 19th, 21st and 22nd November, 2022 will be partially cancelled between Tiruchendur and Kovilpatti. The train will commence its journey from Kovilpatti at its scheduled departure time of 14.35 hrs on the mentioned days.
