This beautification project will be implemented on Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) basis for a period of one year where it may be extended up to 3 years with mutual consent based on their performance.

Some of the important prerequisites to be adhered by the parties during the development of green cover patches are given below

·Development work should not affect train operations in and around the stations.

·The development area should not damage any signal cables and other railway infrastructure.
