Fixed Time Corridor Block has been approved for facilitating engineering works over various sections in Salem Division, consequently the following are the changes in the pattern of train services:
Diversion of Train Services:
1.Train No. 12675 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Coimbatore Kovai Superfast Express scheduled to leave Dr MGR Chennai Central at 06.10 hrs on 08th, 15th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Irugur and Podanur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur
2.Train No. 12243 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Coimbatore Shatabdi Express scheduled to leave Dr MGR Chennai Central at 07.15 hrs on 08th, 15th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Irugur and Podanur skipping stoppages at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur
3.Train No. 12678 Ernakulam Jn – KSR Bengaluru Intercity Express scheduled to leave Ernakulam Jn at 09.10 hrs on 08th, 10th, 15th, 17th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Podanur and Irugur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 12.47(Arr)/12.50 (Dep)
4.Train No. 13352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad Express scheduled to leave Alappuzha at 06.00 hrs on 10th, 17th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Podanur and Irugur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 12.17(Arr)/12.20 (Dep)
5.Train No. 16159 Tambaram – Mangaluru Central Express scheduled to leave Tambaram at 23.50 hrs on 16th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Irugur, Podanur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore
6.Train No. 22644 Patna – Ernakulam Jn Express scheduled to leave Patna at 14.00 hrs on 15th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Irugur and Podanur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 10.27(Arr)/10.30 (Dep)
7.Train No. 22504 Dibrugarh – Kanniyakumari Vivek Express scheduled to leave Dibrugarh at 19.35 hrs on 14th August, 2025 will be diverted to run via Irugur and Podanur skipping stoppage at Coimbatore. Additional stoppage will be provided at Podanur with timings 10.42 (Arr)/10.45 (Dep)
