Fixed Time Corridor Block has been approved for facilitating engineering works over various sections in Madurai Division, consequently the following are the changes in the pattern of train services:
Partial Cancellation of Train Services:
vTrain No. 16322 Coimbatore – Nagercoil Express leaving Coimbatore at 08.00 hrs on 03rd July to 15th July, 2025 will be partially cancelled between Dindigul and Nagercoil. The train will be short terminated at Dindigul
vTrain No. 16849 Tiruchchirappalli – Rameswaram Express leaving Tiruchchirappalli at 07.05 hrs on 07th, 08th, 09th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 15th July, 2025 will be partially cancelled between Manamadurai and Rameswaram. The train will be short terminated at Manamadurai
vTrain No. 16850 Rameswaram – Tiruchchirappalli Express leaving Rameswaram at 15.00 hrs on 07th, 08th, 09th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 15th, July, 2025 will be partially cancelled between Rameswaram and Manamadurai. The train will originate from Manamadurai at its scheduled departure time of 06.55 hrs
Diversion of Train Services:
vTrain No. 16847 Mayiladuturai – Sengottai Express leaving Mayiladuturai at 12.10 hrs on 06th, 09th, 13th July, 2025 will be diverted to run via Tiruchchirappalli, Karaikkudi, Manamaduria and Virudunagar skipping stoppages at Manaparai, Vaiyampatti, Vadamadura, Dindigul, Kodaikanal Road, Madurai, Tiruparankundram, Tirumangalam and Kalligudi. Additional stoppages will be provided at Pudukkottai, Karaikkudi, Devakottai Road, Sivaganga, Manamadurai and Aruppukkottai for the benefit of passengers
vTrain No. 16788 Shri Vaishno Devi Katra – Tirunelveli Express leaving Shri Vaishno Devi Kata at 22.30 hrs on 03rd, 10th July, 2025 will be diverted to run via Tiruchchirappalli, Karaikkudi, Manamaduria and Virudunagar skipping stoppages at Dindigul, Kodaikanal Road, Madurai. Additional stoppages will be provided at Pudukkottai, Karaikkudi, Sivaganga, Manamadurai and Aruppukkottai for the benefit of passengers
vTrain No. 16848 Sengottai – Mayiladuturai Express leaving Sengottai at 06.55 hrs on 01st, 02nd, 04th, 05th, 07th, 08th, 09th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th July, 2025 will diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Kalligudi, Tirumangalam, Tiruparankundram, Madurai, Kodaikanal Road, Dindigul, Vadamadura, Vaiyampatti and Manaparai. Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga and Karaikkudi
vTrain No. 12666 Kanniyakumari – Howrah Superfast Express leaving Kanniyakumari at 05.50 hrs on 05th, 12th July 2025 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai, Kodaikanal Road and Dindigul. Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi and Pudukkottai
vTrain No. 07229 Kanniyakumari – Hyderabad Special leaving Kanniyakumari at 05.15 hrs on 04th, 11th July, 2025 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai, Kodaikanal Road and Dindigul. Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi and Pudukkottai
vTrain No. 16352 Nagercoil – Mumbai CST Express leaving Nagercoil at 06.15 hrs on 20th July, 2025 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai and Dindigul. Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi and Pudukkottai
Rescheduling of Train Services:
vTrain No. 07192 Madurai – Kacheguda Special scheduled to leave Madurai at 10.40 hrs on 02nd, 09th July, 2025 will be rescheduled to leave Madurai at 12.00 hrs (Late by 1 hour 20 mins)
vTrain No. 07696 Rameswaram – Charlapalli Special scheduled to leave Rameswaram at 09.10 hrs on 04th, 11th July, 2025 will be rescheduled to leave Rameswaram at 19.00 hrs (Late by 9 hours 50 mins)
