South Western Railway has notified for conversion of the following train from conventional rakes to Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) rakes which aims to enhance passenger safety and comfort with effect from the dates below:
Train No. 17313/17314 Hubballi – Dr MGR Chennai Central – Hubballi Express:
- Train No. 17313 Hubballi – MGR Chennai Central Express to run with LHB coaches with effect from 2nd July, 2025
- Train No. 17314 MGR Chennai Central – Hubballi Express to run with LHB coaches with effect from 3rd July, 2025
Consequent to the conversion to LHB rakes, the coach composition will be revised as follows:
1- First AC cum 2-Tier AC coach, , 2- 2-Tier AC coaches, 3-3-Tier AC coaches, 6- Sleeper coaches, 4- General Second Class, 1- Luggage cum Brake Van with Generator Car, 1- Divyangjan-friendly Second Class coach cum Brake Van & 1- Pantry Car
