Some sections of the Press have reported that non-vegetarian breakfast option is not available in some Vande Bharat trains. On the contrary, it is reiterated that non-vegetarian breakfast is available, and 603 non-vegetarian breakfasts were served in Vande Bharat trains in Southern Zone on 30.05.2025. Today,31.05.2025, 1302 non-vegetarian breakfasts were served in Vande Bharat trains in Southern zone. There is a technical glitch which CRIS is trying to resolve.
Passengers are requested to continue exercising their option of Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian Breakfast while booking Vande Bharat tickets.
