CHECK LIST FOR SUPPLIERS' BILLS (STOCK ITEMS)
SOUTHERN RAILWAY GSTIN NUMBERS,
Suppliers to submit their Advance payment bills with basic cost value to the extent of Advance Paymnet % (i,e 95%,98% etc) and all other charges viz freight, packing and forwarding charges and GST @ 100%. However the tax invoice should be submitted for 100%. In respect of balance bills, the suppliers may be advised to submit their bills only for Balance percetange ( 2,5 etc)of Basic cost value

Principal Chief Materials Manager
The Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM), as Head of the Stores Department, is responsible to the General Manager for the efficient working of the Stores Department. He is assisted by 3 Chief Materials Managers (CMMs), 6 Deputy Chief Materials Managers (Dy.CMMs), 2 Senior Materials Managers (SMMs) and 3 Assistant Materials Managers (AMMs) at Headquarters office.
